Full Circle with Stanton Baby Uriah

At a Stanton-hosted Pastors’ Breakfast in Victorville this month, the star of the event was not Sienna, Stanton’s Executive Director… or Roxy, Stanton’s volunteer Client Advocate. The diminutive center of attention was little Uriah Malkus, the son of Pastor Gary Malkus, Jr., the senior pastor at Calvary Chapel Victorville.

Uriah is a miracle baby - a Stanton Baby.

His birth mom chose life after seeing him on the ultrasound screen inside the Stanton Mobile and then she asked Pastor Gary and his wife Jessica to adopt her baby boy. Pastor Gary and Jessica share their story in detail for the 2022 Stanton Sunday video here:

While it is always a joy to meet any Stanton Baby, our team’s hearts were full when we saw Uriah’s sweet face at the Pastors’ Breakfast. As we shared with the assembled pastors about Stanton’s ministry and how we partner with local churches, the perfect example of “Why We Do What We Do” was sitting at that very table.

Uriah is here today, tumbling about with his 4 older siblings and loving on his mom and dad, because the Stanton Mobile Clinic was open when his birth mom needed help and hope. We praise God for the gift of Uriah’s life, and we are renewed in our commitment to save women and their babies from the violence of abortion.
