Dear Friend of Stanton,

In the High Desert, pregnant women are often waiting weeks and sometimes months before they can see an OB/GYN for their pregnancy. With many families moving to the area from other counties, these women are waiting even longer for their state insurance to transfer over to their new place of residence.

Stanton Healthcare is stepping in to fill this gap and make sure women have access to life-affirming medical care. We are here to serve abortion-vulnerable women and provide them with the essential first prenatal appointment to verify a viable pregnancy, make sure they can get insurance, have access to resources and receive a referral to a doctor who is taking new patients.

We open our doors to anyone who cannot find appropriate, timely care elsewhere, no matter their situation. Pregnant mothers in our community know they can find help and hope at Stanton!

Recently I sat down with a couple who received care in our mobile clinic after having trouble getting in to see a doctor following a positive pregnancy test. They were life-minded before entering the Stanton Mobile, so it was a relatively simple appointment for our medical team, but the experience impacted this new mom and dad in profound ways.
