Summer Update

Summer is upon us, and here at Stanton Healthcare, we are working overtime to ensure our Mobile Clinic stays cool and comfortable for our moms and babies! While we usually think of summertime as the season for vacations and lazy days, the work continues and Stanton’s ministry is as busy as ever. Our hardworking staff take turns covering for each other so family vacations can be taken, but the priority is always keeping the Mobile open to serve mothers in crisis.

In the past few months, we have seen God work in so many lives – the lives of our clients, our staff, our supporters. Some of the highlights are rounded up here, and most have links to the full story:

Stanton Baby Xavier, a gift from God.

  • Another life saved! Stanton Baby Xavier (right) was born, and his mother gave us permission to share his photo with you. Isn’t he just the cutest? Baby Xavier is alive and thriving today because of the Stanton Mobile team and all our supporters who stand behind us every day with prayer and financial support. Thank you!

  • Stanton’s Executive Director Sienna attended Heartbeat International’s annual pregnancy center conference in Salt Lake City, where she received excellent training and enjoyed wonderful fellowship with staff from Stanton International's flagship clinic in Meridian, Idaho.

  • Stanton’s team has had hundreds of client interactions already this year, and our sonographer Blanca shared a wonderful story of her interaction with a Spanish-speaking client with us.

  • Blanca also had an amazing encounter at the gas station, of all places!

  • On Mother’s Day, Stanton was invited to visit Apple Valley First Church, where Pastor Ed preached a powerful message that related directly to Stanton’s countercultural ministry.

  • Another church partner, Hillside Community in Wrightwood, sent their youth group to bless Stanton. Our church partners are critical to Stanton’s success!

  • Roxy, our Client Care Coordinator, told the stories of three precious clients whose lives were impacted for eternity because they had the courage to enter the Stanton Mobile: Sophie, Samantha and Mandy.

  • Stanton joined with our fellow warriors for life at the annual High Desert United Walk for Life in May, where the kids especially enjoyed walking (and running, and jumping, and racing) around the track to support LIFE! See below for fun photos from the event.

We hope you will take the time to read these stories and praise God with us for the many blessings we have seen at Stanton SoCal. The Lord continues to provide for our ministry, and we know that He works through our faithful supporters to enable this life-saving work. Thank you for your prayers and contributions.

Stanton SoCal continues to need additional monthly partners and one-time donors to keep the Stanton Mobile on the road, and we hope you will prayerfully consider becoming a Stanton partner today.

All donations go directly to sustain the Stanton Mobile, and we endeavor to be wise stewards of our resources. You can be certain your gift will go a long way toward expanding our Community of Hope. Please make a tax-deductible donation today! Thank you!
