Mobile ECM Repaired!

THANK YOU ALL, for praying for the Mobile as we are working through some repair issues. Here is an update.

We have been praying that the ECM would be repairable or that we would locate a replacement. Both of those options seemed unlikely. HOWEVER, the ECM has been REPAIRED. It will be re-installed this week. Next, they will be looking at the transmission.

A Completed Work

In September I took a vacation and was preparing to hike around the Grand Canyon when I got a call about a teenage mom, who was pregnant. She was 18 years old, with an infant son, and pregnant, again.

I spoke to the woman who mentors young mothers like this, and she expressed how this young mother was already overwhelmed with motherhood and intent on aborting that unborn baby.

Finding the One

Wednesday has been our usual day to be open in Pomona. With the Mobile in the shop for repairs, I have committed to be on the sidewalk with the prayer warriors. Even that seemingly small effort has not been without resistance, I didn’t make it out there last Wednesday after locking my keys in my car!!

We were out there yesterday though, and God showed up and definitely met us there.

It was the last thing I expected...

One recent morning, as the Mobile was parked outside of Planned Parenthood in Victorville, I had an unexpected encounter!

After our team got the Mobile set up and ready for business, I walked out to the sidewalk to pray.  I prayed for the women I saw going in and out of the abortion clinic, prayed for the workers there to be awakened to how wrong the option is in the sight of God, and continued praying for God to bring us more nurses.

As I stood there praying, I saw a woman dressed in nursing scrubs come out of the building.  She jumped into her car and sped by me. She was obviously upset; I prayed that the Lord would help her find peace.

Her car stopped abruptly just behind the Mobile.

I began walking as fast as I could toward the clinic, assuming we were about to have an encounter with a zealous pro-abortion nurse.
