48 Years of Roe v. Wade

Stanton’s #PurpleSashRevolution partnered with our friends at Faith & Liberty to lead a prayer vigil and lay flowers at the Supreme Court today, marking 48 years since the Roe v. Wade decision, which decriminalized abortion in the United States.

Over 20 people gathered in prayer and song, with many more watching live via streaming. Congressman Russ Fulcher of Idaho represented the many pro-life lawmakers who also stand for the rights of the preborn.

Over 60,000,000 deaths later, abortion is still legal in America. On this solemn day of remembrance, join with us in prayer for an end to abortion - and then join the peaceful, prayerful revolution!

It’s not enough to say abortion is wrong. We need to act like it.
